🕒 Return window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
✅ Items eligible for return
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
- Tags and labels still attached
❌ Items not eligible
- Used, stained or damaged items
- Items with strong perfume or detergent smell
- Final sale / clearance items (if stated on product page)
📦 Return process
- Email us at info@modestchic.online with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back to us using a trackable courier.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
💰 Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (card, FPX, e-wallet or PayPal).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
